Fabrizio, Tiziana and Luca started their activity in 2009 and since then they have been doing great: they won international bier competitions, they moved to a bigger place, they introduced various tasty and healthy dough for pizzas, they cooked fantastic desserts and opened a new pizzeria with their bier in Cagliari – Levante. Their link with their hometown Sant’Antioco is extraordinary. Their mark with the Flamingo’s design connects directly with their hometown and the name Rubiu with their passion for their land and their work.
Fabrizio and Luca make the bier: Lido, Flavia, Triga, Rais and Moresca.
They use only regional products to make their tasty pizza: it takes a bit to go through the menu since the pizza’s flavours are so many, original and you can combine them with different dough (i love the “sapori antichi” one!). And if you want to try something else you can taste their Piccola Cucina dishes and wonderful desserts (the Mascarpone Cream is fantastic!).
